Movement and mindfulness

A new room of the online campus for the body: Mat, Ballet, Yoga & Mindfulness. Erika Zafra, co-founder of CHIP, leads the area and designs its curriculum and class videos; the Movement team gives the live classes. For boys and girls.

What they learn

  • Mat. Moving the body with control and care, on the floor.
  • Ballet. Posture, balance and rhythm.
  • Yoga. Strength, flexibility and calm, one pose at a time.
  • Mindfulness. Noticing your breath and your attention, and coming back to them.
  • Together, and on your own. Live classes to move with others, and class videos to repeat at home.

How they learn it

Example mission

A live class with the Movement team

Online campus · in design · prototype

The movement room has a live class schedule and a library of class videos. The schedule and the content of each class are still being finalized, and waitlist families hear first.

What they build

Example of finished work

Not a project: a routine your kid can repeat from the class videos.

How movement fits with the path and the patches is still being defined.

Live classes

Tools they use

Tools they use

Real tools, with one line on what your kid does with each.

Every outside tool is used with a workshop account. A kid never creates or uses an account of their own.
